Product Condition: The Quilted Dog Coat is in Fair condition. This item was previously owned for 1.5 months. All items sold as is, all warranties are void. The following observations were made regarding this item: * Still has a new look. Looks clean. This item had a small hole on the surface fabric, you can see the cotton lining in the hole. This hole does not go all the way through the item it is just top layer of fabric. This is located on the top (or back) of the item by the Velcro part of the strap. Likely could patch this. The item looks unused and did not see pet hair on it. * No other defects found.
